About QualSurv Project Management System
To assist QualSurv in the delivery of their various services, a prototype project management system had been developed ‘in-house’ which provided basic functionality. They wished to move this forward so that they had access to a flexible fully functioning system which provides their clients with an improved service. Once Acumen had captured QualSurvs requirements during the design phase, work could begin on building a web application that would allow multiple projects to be set up and updated throughout their lifetime. Each project is built by having documents (various formats) attached to Tasks, several Tasks can make up a Section and the Sections are grouped under a Heading. Additionally, a full search facility and the ability to enter key procedures are some of the other functions available. The Project Management System website that Acumen developed is completely separate from the main QualSurv website, although it has a similar look and feel. The application and the data are hosted on one of Acumen’s web servers and allows documents to be uploaded/downloaded by users from any location (various formats).
Customer Testimonial
I would recommend Acumen to anyone and will happily use them again in the future.
