Discount Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to any
discount offers made by Acumen Business Systems Ltd

• The discount offer only applies to new customers.
• The discount offer only applies to UK mainland.
• The discount offer can only be used once.
• The discount offer only applies to bespoke software designed, built and supplied by Acumen Business Systems Ltd.
• Acumen Business Systems Ltd reserves the right to withdraw, extend or amend any promotions at our discretion.
• Discount offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• Acumen Business Systems Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• Where a variable discount has been offered, the amount of discount will depend on the total value of the software contract:
  • An 8% discount on the total cost will apply to software contracts with a total value of more than £5000.00 and less than
    or equal to £10,000.00
  • A 10% discount on the total cost will apply to software contracts with a total value of more than £10,000.00 and less than
    or equal to £20,000.00
  • A 12% discount on the total cost will apply to software contracts with a total value greater than £20,000.00
• Where a fixed discount has been offered, the stated discount will apply to the total value of the software contract.
