So what makes us different to so many other software development companies?
The fact that we don’t have any products (we only produce bespoke software) means that our reputation means everything to us. We need our existing customers to value and respect us as suppliers because it is from these people that you’ll probably be seeking references before you commit to working with us. Anyone can supply the details of one or two customers that are willing to provide potential customers with a good reference. We always supply the details of as many customers as are relevant to the proposed new project (often 6 to 10 contacts) so that you can cherry pick the people to whom you wish to speak.
Our team isn’t large but it’s big enough to cope whilst also being small enough to care. If a project was too large for us to be able to cope then we would rather turn it down. We will never out-source a project – all code is written in our office in Coventry in the UK.
We use the latest development technologies to ensure the longevity of your application. Such technologies often enable us to work more quickly than would have been possible in the past which in turn means that our charges are proportionally reduced.
At the end of each project we always give our customers the source code and a letter confirming that they own the intellectual property rights (IPR) to their application. Not all software development companies are happy to do this because they want to make sure that you can't go elsewhere for upgrades and modifications. We like to give our customers the opportunity to leave us - so that they'll stay.
